Terms of Anonymity

Dear ___ is anonymous by design. We do not ask for your name, your account, or your location. The letters you release here are stored as text alongside the date you wrote them. Nothing else.

When you share an email so we can write back, that email lives separately from the letters. The two are never linked. We will not sell, rent, or share your email with any third party.

The archive is public. Anyone visiting Dear ___ can read every letter that has been released. Please do not include identifying information about yourself or anyone you name.
